OneBothell is excited to announce the resumption of our monthly walks at the park at the former Wayne golf course. Come join us at Blyth Park on Saturday, June 26, at 10 a.m. where we will walk over to the former golf course and listen to a local expert talk about the geology of the park. Why do we have such steep hills? What effect did the last Ice Age have on the land? Learn these and more from our guest speaker, geologist Carston Curd.

All ages are welcome, as are dogs on leash. Bring the kids and get them out of the house! We will be following King County COVID guidelines. https://kingcounty.gov/elected/executive/constantine/covid-response/current-guidance.aspx

Carston graduated from Western Washington University in 2015 and has been practicing geology with a local geotechnical firm for the past five years. His focus is on landslides and natural hazards in the Puget Lowlands.
