James McNeal was one of the founders of OneBothell. He resigned from the Board in 2015 when he was elected to the Bothell City Council. We have had limited involvement with Mr. McNeal since then; he has led a community walk and spoke to the Board as a guest. We offer our deepest sympathies to the families of those involved in this tragic incident, and we strongly condemn the perpetration of violence against women and domestic violence in general.
