In an effort to sustain community interest in Bothell’s newest park, members of the city’s Parks and Recreation Board formed a subcommittee to begin exploration of signage for it.

Although it is too soon to plan for permanent signage, the City has given go-ahead for temporary signage to be hung from several areas of fencing surrounding the park. The banners are currently being designed and will make their debut in spring 2022!

With easy-to-read information noting what may not be visible to the casual observer, the signs will remind the passer-by that habitat improvements are taking place.

OneBothell and Whale Scout have each pledged $1,000 to fund this project, and you, too, can help with your donation of any amount.   Please head to our Donation page to help us move forward with signs around Wayne Park!
